Breakfast Club Launch

Pursuit Breakfast Club

Another new week... another new initative for #TheWolfpack. On Monday the 14th of August we launched our brand new BREAKFAST CLUB  – serving free breakfast every morning, for our whole team!

We’re treating our staff to a daily selection of healthy breakfast options to encourage productivity and healthy living in line with our firm stance on employee wellbeing. Options include; Scrambled Eggs, Spinach, Granola, Yoghurt, Fruit, Wholemeal Bread, Avocado, Bagels, Nuts, Raisins, and more… & of course, washed down with hot drinks for those in need of their morning caffeine fix!

Our CEO, Robert, said:

“it’s not just about healthy eating, there’s a real social element to it – it’s great to come in in the morning and have a bit of banter and chat with the guys before we all go start our working day."
"People are catching up with each other on what they were up to last night, what was on the TV, who won the footie, their weekend plans and such.. the Breakfast Club is a chance to get it out the way so that when they do get to their desks – they are actually ready to get stuck into their work from the get go, and they have the energy to do so."
"As with everything we do, there’s a productivity payback for us but it’s also another great benefit to offer our team”.

What Sparked This Initiative?

As with all our initiatives… there’s method behind our ‘madness’. Team breakfasts have been proven to increase output – with topped up blood sugar levels and a general feeling of camaraderie. But we also found that prior to the Breakfast Club, a lot of the team spent at least an hour of back and forth chat in the morning discussing what they were going to have for their breakfast, as we take a break at 11am – which used to be ‘breakfast time’ for the majority of the team. Now they are coming in early for a healthy and substantial meal, and their energy levels are clearly boosted (although now the chat surrounds what they are having for lunch…).

But don’t just take our word for it!
