We are looking for inspirational, enthusiastic and passionate Team Leaders to drive performance, as we work to meet growing demand from our international client portfolio.

What we expect you to do?

  • Lead by example, delivering the highest standards of sales results

  • Manage a team of B2B Telemarketing Consultants

  • Coach and motivate your team to achieve success for themselves, and for the business

  • Drive department strategy in line with business goals

  • Performance manage your team to exceed target

  • Taking ownership for team performance and driving through actions in order to maintain and improve lead quality

  • Create and run incentives to drive performance

  • Create a high performing and engaged culture, ensuring that the team members consistently display the right attitudes, behaviours and capabilities

  • Identify training and skill needs through a variety of coaching methods

  • Interrogate data at an individual level to identify and evaluate changes and/or training required to ensure we deliver the company targets
