Head of Customer Experience
Pursuit Marketing is the UK’s fastest growing demand generation agency. We now require an experienced Head of Customer Experience to lead a team driving revenue from existing clients. Due to continued demand for our services in the UK and EMEA, and a range of new value-add services, there is a significant opportunity to accelerate growth within the existing client base.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Head of Customer Experience will focus on the development of new business activity within our existing client base. Managing a team of successful Account Managers, you will be responsible for growing the revenue as well as enhancing Customer Experience and developing robust processes to ensure continued success.
We would expect you to be a dynamic and energetic individual. This is a hands-on role, and therefore leadership experience within either existing accounts or net new targeted accounts is critical.
The successful candidate will be passionate and ambitious with a 'hunting' sales mentality. There will also be a significant focus on improving the Customer Experience for all clients, and developing sales data-driven reporting to improve performance.
