Job Vacancy: Head of Sales - Malaga, Spain

Pursuit Marketing is an award-winning telemarketing agency, specialising in the delivery of campaigns in the technology sector and headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland.

Due to sustained demand for services in 32 countries worldwide, Pursuit has launched a European office in the Malaga area which services native and bi-lingual telemarketing campaigns in key global territories.

With ambitious growth plans within this region, Pursuit is now recruiting an experienced Head of Sales Operations to drive performance within the internal telemarketing function and develop relationships within the Spanish technology sector.

Duties include:

  • Managing and motivating a junior leadership team, and 40 telemarketing consultants to achieve success

  • Reporting conformance to KPI’s and progress to individual, multi-campaign and company revenue targets

  • Working in conjunction with central HR and Training departments to recruit and develop new talent, as well as the management of under-performing sales staff

  • Overseeing performance of commercial function to develop company sales strategy in the Spanish region

  • Ensuring the CRM is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage

  • Presenting sales and telemarketing results to the Board

Background:

  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role, managing a successful B2B telemarketing function (preferably within the Technology industry)

  • Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams

  • Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to achieving revenue and growth targets

  • Proven track record of success
